1. Responsible entity and scope
This policy applies to BridgePath Reentry Notebook, published for BRIDGES OF SOUTHERN UTAH, INC., 2113 N MAIN ST, CEDAR CITY, UT 84721. Publisher identifiers: D-U-N-S® 128735082; EIN 39-2982537. It covers the Android app and its device-local planning features.
2. Data you choose to create
You may create practical goals, readiness checks, appointment questions, generic resource notes, weekly actions, and progress reflections. The app is designed not to request names, case records, document images, diagnoses, criminal-history details, or health information.
3. Purpose of local processing
Entries are processed on your device only so you can display, organize, edit, export, and delete your own planning notes.
4. Data not collected by the publisher
The publisher does not collect entries, accounts, contacts, photos, audio, location, device identifiers, advertising IDs, analytics, health records, legal records, financial data, or government identifiers.
5. Accounts, servers, and cloud services
There is no account, login, publisher database, cloud sync, or app-operated server. The publisher has no server copy of device-only entries.
6. Permissions
The app requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification, calendar, phone, broad storage, advertising, or background-service permission.
7. SDKs, advertising, analytics, and tracking
The app includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, social, payment, mapping, profiling, or data-broker SDK. Android and Jetpack Compose libraries render the interface.
8. Sharing, disclosure, and sale
The app does not automatically transmit, disclose, or sell data. Export opens Android's Sharesheet only after you choose it; the selected destination's terms apply. Email support opens your email app.
9. Intended audience and sensitive information
The app is for adults age 18 and over. Do not enter child-identifying information, case numbers, legal records, document numbers, passwords, financial credentials, diagnoses, health records, allegations, or emergency information.
10. Service and safety boundaries
BridgePath is a self-directed planning notebook. It is not legal advice, addiction treatment, medical or mental-health care, probation monitoring, case management, housing placement, employment placement, or an emergency service. In an emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services.
11. Retention
Entries remain in Android app-private storage until you edit them, choose Delete All Local Data, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
12. Deletion and account deletion
Delete All Local Data clears saved app preferences on this device. Because no accounts exist, account deletion is not applicable. Copies you exported must be deleted from their destination separately.
13. Security, backup, and device transfer
Android app-private storage limits access by other apps. Cloud backup and device-to-device extraction are disabled. No device storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure; use a device lock and avoid sensitive records.
14. Your choices, changes, and contact
You decide whether to enter, edit, export, or delete information. Material changes will be reflected in an app update and the public policy page. Privacy questions: SampsonWade7nhhmj5@gmail.com.
