No professional or placement service

The app does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, treatment, supervision, case-management, housing-placement, employment-placement, eligibility, or emergency services. No app checklist is proof of compliance or readiness.

No sensitive-record system

Do not store case records, document images or numbers, diagnoses, criminal-history details, passwords, financial credentials, or emergency information. Use generic notes and questions.

Local data and exports

You control device-local entries. When you export, you choose the destination and assume responsibility for the copy under that destination's terms. Delete exported copies separately.

Availability and changes

Features and these terms may change through an app or site update. No uninterrupted availability, placement result, service outcome, or suitability for a particular decision is promised.
